Refund & Return Policy

At Velocity Performance Parts, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our carbon fiber components, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on carbon fiber parts once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

We review every case individually and work with you to resolve it quickly.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship the correct item at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations can no longer be accepted, as production may have already begun.

Shipping Damage

All orders are insured during transit. If your item is damaged in shipping, we'll file the claim on your behalf and send a replacement at no cost to you.
